Dennis succeeded in promptly troubleshooting and identifying the cause of our electrical issue. He then repaired the faulty outlet, while explaining why it occurred.
We had a major panel replacement an upgrade that took three days. Josh and Tyler were thorough, professional and a pleasure to work with. They made sure everything was done properly and cleaned up after all the work was completed. They stayed very late on the third day to make sure the house had power everywhere. We would definitely use Haas again for electrical work.
Dennis was great and so was his team. They were here for two days and worked so hard. They did a great job. I highly recommend these electricians.

Arrived onsite and met the resident in the garage where they explained that they traded their previous car which had a plug in charger for the lucid they now have, and want the charger hardwired. After assessing everything and making sure she knew it would have a max output of 42 amps due to the wiring coming to the plug being 6-3 romex. I had to change the breaker out to a standard qo 50 amp breaker, remove the box the wiring was in the garage previously, and while Tyler did that i opened the lucid charger and set it up so it would charge at just over 40 amps, and it would see the breaker was a 50 amp breaker. Once completed i drilled a hole out on the back for the wire to come into, added a connector and by this time Tyler had the box out, the bracket mounted, so he wired the charger up. Once completed, we closed up the charger, cleaned up, turned on power and verified it is working properly. We also discussed the vip care plan when i was going over job options and she ended up signi

Arrived onsite and the resident showed us to the kitchen where he had an old ceiling fan he had installed for the last 20 years and today he bought a new fan for us to install. We ended up disposing of the old ceiling fan for him once we removed it and ended up keeping the medallion up to cover the old footprint of the fan. The new one was much smaller and a unique design. I put the new one together while Tyler removed the old one and then we worked together to get the new fan hung. Once completed we found there was a loose connection at the switch we ended up fixing by replacing the switch and now it turns on and works properly via the pullchains. We took the old fan and then finished cleaning up.
Installation of two new outlets located in the living room. The outlets were dated with broken neutral terminals. This repair does not reflect any warranty and full inspection has not been completed.

Arrived onsite to be shown the existing hardwired detectors, are the smoke detectors that were recalled, as well as all the battery ones linked to them. We went throughout and found the foyer and office are hardwired, but the rest of the 6 in the house are all battery. They are leaving for a trip for 2 weeks and want them fixed today, but i also discussed the long term fix of hardwiring all the units together as well, which i wrote up an estimate for and will be sending them. For today, we will replace the hardwired unit in the foyer with a combo unit, and the one in the entry office with a hardwired smoke detector. The husband ran out and got battery ones for all the other locations that we installed as well. All detectors are verified working properly and they will reach out when they want to get them all hardwired next time.
08/25 Arrived onsite where we were given the sticker for the inspection corrections needed. We spoke to the homeowners about what would be required to update the other half of the service to modern safety standards, that is being asked of us by the inspector. We will have to add a disconnect for the 125amp line, as well as update grounding, and add a whole home surge protector to the existing cutler hammer panel as well. We will relocate the phone box to the front corner of the house, and pad the wall outside to go over the existing grounding, fiber, and phone lines that are already run. We will return 8/28 to complete this work and fulfill what the inspector is asking of the job. Deposit taken today Returned on 8/28 today and i started inside and Tyler started outside. We had to move the phone box and redo the strapping for the grounds but we were able to fit the 100amp disconnect on the same wall. Tyler worked on the grounding and once we got outside far enough, i came inside and
Arrived onsite and the resident is a big diy guy in terms of replacing all his devices, but told us he noticed the wiring looked messy and potentially wasn’t right behind the dining room switches. We opened up the gangbox and the splices were messy, the dimmer has a black mark on it where it burnt somewhere in it life, and the splices weren’t all that good either. I discussed completely re-tying in the gangbox and installing a new single pole switch along with his smart switch he provided as well and he liked that idea. Both switches will be customer supplied and wont be covered by warranty. After we discussed that he took us down to the panel and showed me around and there is water pipes hanging in front of the panel, all put together with sharkbites. The panel had a ton of surface rust and it was also clear water had ran through it at one point because there was rust dripping out the bottom of the panel and down the wall. He is going to call the plumber out to have that all secured
