Had one of those 'it only works when the serviceman is here' problems. Fortunately Micheal was able to find the problem and find an effective less costly alternative to the obvious solution of running new conduit. Replace all receptacles in primary bedroom
12/11/25 Reached out to Mr Barghorn and he was not interested in having us return to complete the installation of the quad outlets. I have sent him a check for the amount of $361.76 for the uncompleted work. Convert plug from single to quad Swat flood light Replace 6 lamps Install metal box for dinette light The reason for today’s visit was to repair a light that was fallen out of the ceiling due to the box breaking. This light was located in the kitchen dinette area and was a smaller chandelier. Second task was to supply and install six new LED tubes and 8 foot fluorescent lights in the garage as well as to convert a receptacle in the family room behind the chair into a quad receptacle. We were able to complete all these tasks today and also replaced the customer supplied floodlight on the back of the house. Will be returning on Friday to complete the rest of the work which includes converting a receptacle to quad in the basement gym area as well as installing a new quad receptac
Suppply and install new flood light
This estimate includes the installation of 2 receptacles in garage, both dedicated circuits, 120V 20A for use of chest freezer and internet operations. We shall install another circuit to terminate outside for de-icing equipment, replace the exterior receptacles and bond the water heaters. We have installed the new circuit for the internet equipment, bonded the water heaters and replaced the exterior gfci receptacles. Additionally we have begun running the second circuit and third circuit for both the chest freezer and the de-icing equipment. When we return we shall install the new customer supplied light fixtures, diagnostics on the intercom and complete the circuit runs for the de-icing equipment and chest freezer. Customer to schedule when ready and when materials arrive. We have installed the de icing receptacle and freezer receptacle. Both of these circuits are dedicated 120V 20A circuits. Reason for today’s visit was for customer supplied exhaust fan that the customer tried to install himself. The wiring needed to be corrected at the fan as well as the switches were broken and needed to be replaced. Please see below for work performed. Arrived onsite and checked out the sunroom outlet that wasn’t working, found it was linked to the upstairs gfci outlet. I was told by the gentleman there that he wouldn’t be buying any work today as he was just the realtor, but he wanted an estimate for his client to address the other items on the home inspection report as well, so i looked at those items, and wrote them up as well.
