Arrived onsite and checked out the sunroom outlet that wasn’t working, found it was linked to the upstairs gfci outlet. I was told by the gentleman there that he wouldn’t be buying any work today as he was just the realtor, but he wanted an estimate for his client to address the other items on the home inspection report as well, so i looked at those items, and wrote them up as well.
Installation of 2 chandeliers on 20ft ceiling One chandelier had roughly 180 crystals and was located in the foyer and the second was located in the great room.

Install electrical outlet for gas fireplace in living room, add AFCI protection. Add dedicated 15 amp 120v circuit from panel to bathroom electric fireplace.
i removed and replaced two lamp post heads with customer supplied lights I removed two wall scones on back porch. 1 by the sliding glass doors did not have a box or proper support and one by the garage door had a box falling out of the wall. So i installed two 2 piece siding blocks and for the garage the wall was not strong enough to support the light so i installed two wood backing boards so the siding block was more secure. Then i installed 2 customer supplied lights and siliconed around the lights and the blocks to protect from water damage. Upstairs in the hallway i removed and replaced two surface mounted lights with customer supplied lights then i installed a dimmer switch controlling the lights at the top of the stairs. In the master bathroom i removed and replaced a broken gfci and i removed a older bathroom exhaust fan. I installed a customer supplied fan and had to build a new frame for it in the attic due to the joists being too close for the fans bracket to support it.
i removed and replaced 2 single pole switches by the front door and I fixed 2 3 way switches from the travelers being reversed with the point
Install five more customer supplied 8 foot plug-in light fixtures. Reason for today’s visit was to assess the middle receptacle on the back wall tripping the GFCI with something is plugged into it. I found that Why was touching in the back of the box when something is plugged into it. I repaired issue and test it out multiple times and everything is now working properly. While on site customer requested me to install a few more of the plug-in 8 foot LED lights that we had installed in the ceiling with a previous visit. I installed a total of three more in the large garage and three in the smaller garage.
Prevent - Job to be completed Monday, September 18. Install exhaust fan with wiring and duct work. expand two gang box to three gang for separate fan timer switch. Replace decora switch with timer switch in hallway bathroom. Replace existing exhaust fan in hallway bathroom. Separate double tapped neutrals and grounds in panel. Upgrade 2 estimate also attached.
