Evasive problem found and solved.

Had one of those 'it only works when the serviceman is here' problems. Fortunately Micheal was able to find the problem and find an effective less costly alternative to the obvious solution of running new conduit. Very satisfied with Haas & Sons overall customer service and Micheal's creative solution that saved us money. Haas & Sons will be our 'go to' electricians for any future needs.

i removed and replaced two lamp post heads with customer supplied lights I removed two wall scones on back porch. 1 by the sliding glass doors did not have a box or proper support and one by the garage door had a box falling out of the wall. So i installed two 2 piece siding blocks and for the garage the wall was not strong enough to support the light so i installed two wood backing boards so the siding block was more secure. Then i installed 2 customer supplied lights and siliconed around the lights and the blocks to protect from water damage. Upstairs in the hallway i removed and replaced two surface mounted lights with customer supplied lights then i installed a dimmer switch controlling the lights at the top of the stairs. In the master bathroom i removed and replaced a broken gfci and i removed a older bathroom exhaust fan. I installed a customer supplied fan and had to build a new frame for it in the attic due to the joists being too close for the fans bracket to support it.

Install five more customer supplied 8 foot plug-in light fixtures. Reason for today’s visit was to assess the middle receptacle on the back wall tripping the GFCI with something is plugged into it. I found that Why was touching in the back of the box when something is plugged into it. I repaired issue and test it out multiple times and everything is now working properly. While on site customer requested me to install a few more of the plug-in 8 foot LED lights that we had installed in the ceiling with a previous visit. I installed a total of three more in the large garage and three in the smaller garage.

Reason for today’s visit was to assess power loss to the pool equipment in the backyard. Put initial inspection I noticed that the pool equipment was ran off its own sub panel next to the motors and was very close to the ground and full of ants as well as completely rusted. I found no voltage inside the sub panel however there was voltage leaving the breaker at the main panel. I then noticed a spot on the ground where it appeared a tree had recently been. Customer stated the tree had fallen over so we had somebody come in and remove it and they use the stump grinder. This area was in direct line from the house to the sub panel and it appears as though they had ripped the wire out. To remedy issue we will need to run a new 30 amp 240 V line from the house through the attic over to the side of the house and then trench from the house out to the pool equipment. Because of the condition of the existing sub panel we would need to install a new one with a new platform for it to mount too so

Install customer supplied lamps in high ceiling Add quad in master bathroom Reason for today’s visit was a complete quoted work. We also installed customer provided trims in the living room recessed lights that had fallen out. We removed the old smart switches that were not compatible with the LED lamps and installed new standard decor style three-way switches. Removed and replaced customer supplied fan in the family room. Once fan was installed we found that the receiver and or the remote is bad and will not turn The fan on or off. Customer is ordering a new receiver and we will be back to replace it. We also converted master closet light to LED direct wire lamps and installed new customer supplied light in the laundry room in place of the original one.

Customer has a recess light in kitchen over island that is flickering. I removed everything to get to the wiring and tested the voltage and was reading 120 volts. I bypassed the thermal over load system in the recess light and the light stopped flickering. Unfortunately the recess light is original to the home and it is a lightolier. And we have to special order this recess light due to the model number and age of the light. I ordered the light and it should be in, in a few days at the supply shop. When i get the light i have a scheduled appointment to return to the home to remove and replace the light on Monday January 16th 2023 for my second call of the day most likely ill be here around 11 am or 12 pm. Customer paid the 89 to and will pay the remaining balance when the work is complete I removed the existing lightolier recess light that had a burnt out thermal over load system i installed a old work can with a new and installed the existing jumper and trim with a new customer

Original call was to check power at front entry and laundry room near garage. Post lamp and driveway switch was tripping gfci in garage. I noticed the dimmer switch controlling a gfci, this application will never work. In addition there was a second receptacle on outside of garage being controlled as well. I recommended that the gfci be bypassed from the existing switch leg and to re feed the one outside garage to be bypassed from switch leg as well. Customer wished to us perform this solution. I bypassed the existing switchleg at gfci, disconnecting the exterior receptacle until we can return. Lastly, we installed the customer supplied switch at the front door and restored power to the front lights.we shall return next Thursday to complete scheduled work. We have returned and completed scheduled work. We have re-fed the existing exterior receptacle on garage from the interior GFCI. Lastly we have sealed around the existing junction box to prevent water from entering home. Exterior r
