Mike was outstanding, and Haas and Sons' overall process is also excellent. The appointment was easy to arrange, I received a reminder and Mike called on his way to let me know he was coming. The best part of the experience, however, was Mike. He was not only professional and knowledgeable, but he communicated well. Part of the project ended up requiring some troubleshooting and I felt informed throughout. I tend to tackle many projects myself, but I was very happy I chose to hire someone and felt fortunate to have had Mike do the work. I will definitely recommend Haas and Sons to others.
