As usual, Michael was on time, got right to work and tried, with me, to get RING to work with my computer system. He was patient and did all he could. RING apparently is very difficult for even their own help people… spent 2 hours with them! Gave up and will try again tomorrow. When I find the solution I’ll send it to Michael so has the answers. He was great! Will always ask for Jim on my next projects!!
I removed and replaced a gfci that fried due to a surge. This gfci controlled the garage doors. Once i replaced it after seeing there was 120 volts going to it indicating that the gfci was the problem, the garage doors worked
The reason for today’s visit with the customer was a dish washer that was tripping constantly when not in use. After meeting with the home owners aunt, i was then shown the panel location in the basement where i saw 2 main panels each being 200 amp , and a 2 sub panels with a generac back up system attached. I explained to the home owner i was suggesting that the dishwashe
Today’s visit with the customer was to quote replacing a non-functional ceiling fan in the middle of the living room along with possibly adding two can lights. After meeting with the customer and going over what he would like quoted I came up with two solutions. One solution would’ve been replacing just the ceiling fan and the other would’ve been ceiling fan with adding two lights, jumping off of current can lights up there now, while replacing all lights with new LED retrofits. At this time customer will order new ceiling fan and then call us back out to replace.
