Nick arrived on time, masked, and promptly put on shoe coverings before walking through our home to access the electrical panel. He took the time to explain how he would diagnose the problem and patiently answered our many inquiries without making us feel inadequate for asking so many questions. When he diagnosed the problem, we were pleasantly surprised when he told us the problem was a far less expensive issue than we had anticipated. We anticipated thousands of dollars in upgrades and he explained the issue was likely a far simpler, less expensive one. When he completed his work, he vacuumed up the dust and wiped down the floor and wall. The price was as quoted with no unwelcome surprises. It was a refreshing experience and a big change from some of the other companies we had worked with.
