Very Professional and friendly! Very knowledgable in electrical work. But pricing is a little on the high end.
Alex was amiable, and a very serious worker. He immediately put me at ease with full confidence, even when I added other minor work. I am planning another job for him, and I know it will be done right. Most important, the women in the family are ecstatic. Fully satisfied. Yes, cost is a bit higher than I wanted, but I want to have full trust in the work and expected that going in.
Nick was thorough, professional and patient. He took time to explain the work he was doing.
This is my second time hiring this company. Michael was fantastic. He went above and beyond. He got all five of my ceiling fans installed and working correctly with the other smart devices in my home.
Arrived onsite and the customer showed me the panel area and the devices around the home and had a bunch of questions that we went around and i answered for him, as well as writing up a price to replace then panel and to redevice the house to to the damage and code violation found in the panel, to the age and degradation of the devices throughout the home. They have not moved in yet and have to think about the price but will call in and schedule asap.
The reason for today’s visit was a tripping circuit that was previously installed in 2023. Today we assessed the issue at hand of the treadmill causing an AFCI to trip. We saw the treadmill was plugged into a 16AWG extension cord that was older and it was recommended after not being able to duplicate the issue to plug appliance directly into the outlet. We also explained the difference in extension cord sizes as well as our recommendation.
