great service

Alex was amiable, and a very serious worker. He immediately put me at ease with full confidence, even when I added other minor work. I am planning another job for him, and I know it will be done right. Most important, the women in the family are ecstatic. Fully satisfied. Yes, cost is a bit higher than I wanted, but I want to have full trust in the work and expected that going in.

We have troubleshot the power loss at the home and concluded that at the disconnect at the meter stack does not have 240V leaving the disconnect. However leaving the meter, 240V is present. The breaker in the disconnect enclosure is bad and needs to be replaced. In addition, due to the existing and inherently dangerous installation of the existing electrical wiring feeding the home’s service panel we cannot perform a repair. Lastly the land from the meter stack to the home is not owned by the homeowner, so this task of correctly installing feeder wires to the home, C-20, might fall on the management company who owns the land.

We have installed the new dedicated 240V 50A circuit for the EV charger. Circuit terminates onto receptacle in garage area. In addition we have installed a new 120V circuit in the garage terminating onto a gfci receptacle near the EV charger. Lastly we have installed a new whole home surge protector. We shall return when the 50A GFCI breaker arrives. In the mean time we have installed a breaker for temporary use. We have returned and installed the GFCI breaker in the panel. We have verified that the vehicle charges with the GFCI breaker installed without nuisance tripping.

WO-TNFR81833 Customer had the stab wire style devices for mobile homes through her home. Some of these switches have begun to fail. We removed the kitchen switches (3), bedroom switches (4), master bathroom switches (3)and the foyer switches (2) and installed new pvc boxes with new toggle style switches in their place. All the lights are back to working properly.

Customers had several tasks to be completed. We replaced broken outlet next to the back sliding door on the left side when looking outside. Replaced broken GFCI next to the fridge, replaced broken outlet in the living room on the exterior wall closet to where the formal dining groom starts. Replaced exterior outlet next to the front door and installed a proper weather proof in-use cover over it. I added a new outlet on the counter top on the opposite side of the kitchen from the sink. We tapped power out of the outlet on the other side of the wall in the dinning room. We removed the broken post head light and supplied and installed the same exact light to match the existing sconce lights on the garage.
