I originally came to the call because customer was having a power loss issue also needed some lights fixed throughout the house and replaced. I immediately went downstairs and checked the main electrical panel to see if there was any issues with the beginning of the line to the circuit that was being an issue identified that it was circuit five that was an issue when I opened up the panel I found that there was multiple double tap neutrals I talk to the customer about this and stated that it is code required that neutrals are under their own screw in the electrical panel this is to prevent overheating to the load of the circuit and to prevent the neutral bar from Being damaged caused by heat once the neutral bar is damaged the only option is to replace the whole electrical panel. After determining there was nothing in the panel that was causing the power loss issue we walked around outside and I checked all the lights I didn’t notice that the light on the garage was hanging which cou
