Amazing customer service

Just bought a new house with a strange wiring set up. Called haas and sons to schedule an estimate and they were able to get someone out very quickly! My technician Genny was very personable and professional, after the walkthrough of requests, she gave me an estimate and started work immediately! She came back a few days (with Blaine) later to finish everything! Everything was expressed clearly, and I was kept informed during the whole process. I would highly recommend them and will be using them again in the future! Thank you again!

Today we replaced the single pole switch that controlled the kitchen lights as well as one of the three-way switches that controls the dining room light. We also installed two GFCI in the kitchen and place some standard receptacles near the sink and replaced the two receptacles in the basement for the sump pump GFCI with audible alarms to let you know if the sump pumps stopped working. We also installed three new smoke/carbon monoxide detectors in the home (one on each floor). we also installed missing plates on junction boxes in the basement as well as secured, hanging wires and removed hanging junction boxes.

Today’s visit was for pier power not working on different circuits plus moving panels. There is a lot going on which would need ample time to diagnose. Please see solutions to get this resolved for you.

i installed a new gfci receptacle next to the electrical panel I installed a 20 amp square d qo breaker This is for the customers internet and washer I noticed customer has rust on the neutral bar to the main electrical panel which over time can cause issues I also noticed customer has aluminum wire. In this situation what we recommend is we remove all devices in home and install new tamper resistant receptacles and new switches. We also remove all light fixtures. When we remove the fixtures and the devices we install allumiconns. The aluminum wire gets installed into the purple clipped allumiconns and then we pig tail out with a copper wire and the copper wire will go to the new device or light fixture making the devices copper rated. When we do this it is, it is called modifying the electrical circuit which according to the national electrical code we are required to install “arc fault breakers”. Do to the fact there is rust in the panel i recommend we install a new electrical p

This Estimate includes the installation of a new 240V 30A circuit to provide power to pier boat lifts. This includes new sub panel, GFCI protection and adherence to NEC standards. We have taken deposit and shall return on the 17th of January to begin work. We have begun to trench and install conduit. We have completed work to the sub panel and we shall return to troubleshoot the existing pier wiring. We have determined that the pier wiring at this time is working order, we did replace receptacles at pier to clear existing faults. All work is completed. 1 year warranty on parts and labor.

Customer was having an issue with 2 seperate lights in the basement rec area. I found that the surface mounted light in the center had gone bad and the dimmer controlling the single recessed light had gone bad. I replaced the dimmer and they will order a new light when they find one.
