Called your company at 11:30 this morning, was given a rough estimate for septic pump electrical work of "a couple hundred dollars". Explained I needed work done today, as I had other work lined up for tomorrow morning at 9am. Was given a timeframe between 2-5pm for electrician. Called back at 3:30pm to confirm work would be completed today, verified work would be done today. Received a call at 4:30pm, stating electrician would be at my house by 5:30pm. Electrician didn't arrive until after 6pm, then quoted > $1000 and work couldn't be completed until a later date.
