Overall, I was very pleased. However, the only concern that I had was the wait time. By that I mean, I called for service/support on Thursday morning and the first appointment was for Saturday. For me personally, that was a long wait. I had had a loss of power followed by a power surge. Peco did come out but of course didn't address anything internal which is why I asked for Martella Electric for an appointment. Regarding coming on time, the technician was earlier than anticipated. You rarely have that happen so thank you.
