We thought we knew the problem, but actually it was much worse. Mark was very knowledgeable and understanding. It's not often I've had someone come to my house to diagnose a problem and actually understand how hard it is to come up with the money for unexpected repairs. The work was done quickly and efficiently. I can't say enough good stuff! I asked Mark for business cards to recommend him to my friends and family. I give mark ten plus!
