Recently remodeled my kitchen and Martella made the experience seemless. From the time I called the office to set up the various work dates to the promptness of appointments to flexibility of working along with other contractors it all went so well. Andrew is a perfectionist and always explained what and why he was doing things. Can’t wait for my next project as I will be calling Martella first.

We recently had an issue that resulted in our losing power to our Internet modem. This was a major problem since my husband was working from home. Mark went out of his way to assist us that very day, though it required he come to our house on his way home from work. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and resolve the issue. We have used Mark in the past, and really appreciate his skill and honesty.

This was by far the best experience I have had with an electrical company, or any other technicians (HVAC, plumbing, etc.for that matter). Mark was excellent in the instillation process, great at trouble shooting some of the difficulties unique to my townhouse and professional. From the time of the estimate to the time of his departure, I had absolute trust in his work ethic and abilities. He did not rush and spent a great deal of time and effort to get the job done right with quality and precision. I have spent my entire career working in HR, and so bring a different perspective in assessing service. We asked Mark to install under counter lights in our kitchen where the counter top and back splash had been recently updated to quartz and subway tile. He walked us through our options and helped us envision how dramatic the change would be if we implemented the more expensive option. At first we were hesitant but we trusted his advice and were absolutely delighted that we did! We are very pleased with the final result! Part of the reason we trusted him is that with this job, as with other work we have had him perform in the past, he exhibits a pride of workmanship and care that in my experience is not often seen.

Due to unforeseen complications (= very bad wiring job when the house was originally built), Mark had to come back to our house for an additional fix later the same day. He did that very quickly, and with no additional charge. He also gave us some guidance on how to make the house safer in the future. Great service!
