Pleasant people answer phones and make it easy to book a worker at a convenient time. A nice man in company attire arrived as scheduled. He was unhurried, listened to what I told him needed to be done. He was upfront about prices and consulted a company manual. He explained how things had changed since I’d last hired an electrician.
