I’m here replacing landscape lights for a wonderful customer because the old lights had suffered from wear and tear due to weather exposure. Many of the bulbs had burned out, and the wiring had started to corrode, leading to inconsistent lighting. I’m installing new, durable LED landscape lights, ensuring secure connections, and adjusting the placement to highlight the customer’s outdoor features. Tech John diagnosed chandelier that kept flickering. Problem was determined to be a loose connection on the neutral wire in canopy. All junctions in canopy were remade to ensure proper connection. Homeowner mentioned previous water leak in exterior wall at switch box. Switch box was inspected for water damage; no damage was found. Coach light on exterior wall was presumed to be the source of water leak. Coach light housing was siliconed as a courtesy to protect from any potential leaks in the future.
Installed a foyer chandelier on high ceiling.
