The service was flexible and rearranged my schedule to accommodate a home emergency. It was handled, Cole Jones showed up on time, very knowledgeable and repaired the issue. Cole was efficient and effective with his service…I just found an excellent electrician, reliable and knowledgeable. I will use this company for future electrical needs and I will request Cole Jones a my service technician. Cole also installed an outlet on my boat dock that was a special marine certified outlet…again, excellent work and service. Great company and technician!

The electricians were here in about 4 hours, immediately diagnosed the problem and quickly resolved it. Thankfully the shortage was underground in a conduit or our house would have burned. It was another problem given us by the A/C installers from a now out-of- business big-box store.

We’ve had issues over the past few years with our wired doorbell; Cole Jones arrived today precisely on time, diagnosed the problem, replaced the transformer, and installed a new Ring doorbell for us. Not being terribly savvy in technology ourselves, Cole figured out many of the settings to give us a good head start on getting the most out of our new doorbell. It was a great experience from beginning to end! I needed two 220V lines run from the box to the garage. The project involved them drilling through brick to run the line from the basement and hardwiring a car charger and air compressor to the line. Even during the quoting process, I knew Cole would do a great job because he asked clarifying questions and made suggestions for the plan. His quote was just a little more than the other company but I was very comfortable with his demeanor and experience so I chose to proceed with Mr. Value. Cole and Caleb were prompt, respectful and did exceptional quality work. I will definitely be having them back for future projects!
