The service was flexible and rearranged my schedule to accommodate a home emergency. It was handled, Cole Jones showed up on time, very knowledgeable and repaired the issue. Cole was efficient and effective with his service…I just found an excellent electrician, reliable and knowledgeable. I will use this company for future electrical needs and I will request Cole Jones a my service technician. Cole also installed an outlet on my boat dock that was a special marine certified outlet…again, excellent work and service. Great company and technician!

The electricians were here in about 4 hours, immediately diagnosed the problem and quickly resolved it. Thankfully the shortage was underground in a conduit or our house would have burned. It was another problem given us by the A/C installers from a now out-of- business big-box store.

We’ve had issues over the past few years with our wired doorbell; Cole Jones arrived today precisely on time, diagnosed the problem, replaced the transformer, and installed a new Ring doorbell for us. Not being terribly savvy in technology ourselves, Cole figured out many of the settings to give us a good head start on getting the most out of our new doorbell. I’m here adding a new floor outlets and other items for a great customer
11/7/25 Electrician came out to diagnose outlet not working. Outlet was only reading 40 V. Electrician found the outlet to be bad. Electrician replaced outlet. Everything is now reading correct.
Electrical Safety Inspection Service: Electrical Safety Inspection: Performed a thorough electrical safety inspection of the home, checking all outlets, breakers, wiring, and grounding for proper operation and safety. Identified several loose outlet connections, a damaged breaker, and missing cover plates on junction boxes. All minor issues were addressed, ensuring the electrical system is now safe, up to code, and functioning reliably for the homeowner.
Whole-House Surge Protector Installation: Installed a whole-house surge protector at the main electrical panel to safeguard the home’s electrical system and appliances from power surges and voltage spikes. The device was properly grounded and tested to confirm reliable protection, providing the homeowner with long-term electrical safety and peace of mind.
Electrical Repair Service: Diagnosed and repaired electrical connection issues in the client’s basement. Identified loose and corroded wire connections that were causing intermittent power loss. All affected connections were tightened, repaired, and safely enclosed in junction boxes. Power was fully restored, and the system was tested to ensure proper operation and safety.
Electrical Repairs- Outlet Replacement: Replaced three outlets located in the laundry room, kitchen, and bedroom to restore safe and reliable power. Additionally, installed a new GFCI outlet in the hallway bathroom to replace a failed unit. All outlets were tested and confirmed to be functioning properly and up to code.
Electrical Installation: Arrived at the home to replace the client's smoke alarm battery. Replaced the smoke alarm battery located on a 10-foot ceiling using proper safety equipment and a secure ladder. Tested the alarm to confirm full functionality, ensuring reliable operation and continued protection for the homeowner.
Electrical Diagnostics and Repair: A homeowner reported that one room had no electrical power. During the diagnostic, the electrician traced the issue to the septic system’s faulty wiring, which was interrupting the circuit feeding the room. After identifying the damaged wiring, the issue was isolated for repair, restoring safe and reliable power to the affected area.
Electrical Installation Service: Installed new light fixture in the kitchen Installed a receptacle above the cabinets off of gfci on the load in the kitchen. Installed 14/2 and branch off the fan for two crystal glass chandeliers, installed the chandeliers with two pancake boxes in the master bedroom room. Installed a three way dimmer Bluetooth three way. From the entry of the master bedroom to the edge of the bed.
Indoor Lighting Installation: Installed two chandeliers above the bed, ensuring secure mounting and proper wiring to the existing ceiling circuits. Added a new light fixture in the kitchen and installed dimmer switches for all three fixtures, allowing the homeowner to adjust lighting levels for ambiance and functionality. All lights are now fully operational and safely installed.
Emergency Electrical Repairs: A homeowner reported a complete power outage in part of their home, accompanied by a loud buzzing sound from the electrical panel. Upon arrival, we identified a loose breaker connection that was arcing and causing the buzzing noise. We safely de-energized the panel, repaired the connection, and tested all affected circuits. Power was fully restored, the buzzing stopped, and the system was confirmed to be operating safely, preventing potential hazards.
Electrical Installation Service: Installed a pendant light using the light kit provided by the customer. Wired the fixture safely to the existing ceiling circuit, ensuring proper operation and secure mounting. The light is now fully functional.
Electrical Repair Service: Diagnosed dead outlets in the living room; added a junction box and new wiring, restoring 120 volts. Installed a 20-amp kitchen circuit with a quad outlet and two GFCI outlets. Added six new lights wired with 14/2 cable and removed old ceiling exhaust fans.
Electrical Repairs: Diagnosed back room outlets, wire had been cut in the attic. Added a junction box pulled a new circuit for the outlets. Outlets are getting 120 volts. Installed a 20 amp circuit for kitchen outlets with a quad insert as well two gfci outlets. Installed a total 6 lights, including the small chandelier, looped 14/2 wire for light to light. Took out the exhaust fans in the ceiling. Installed three outlets with 12/2 wire off of another circuit in kitchen area. Labeled the panel Installed two blank covers one in the back splash of kitchen and the other next to bathroom Installed a new 30 amp disconnect for hot water heater.
