Connected a manual transfer switch for a portable generator. Verified that critical circuits (refrigerator, lighting, and HVAC) can safely switch to backup power during outages.
Replaced old outlets with GFCI-protected receptacles in a kitchen to meet current electrical code. Tested all outlets for proper trip and reset function to protect against moisture hazards.
Added low-voltage landscape lighting with LED path and spotlights. Installed a weatherproof transformer, buried wiring safely, and adjusted the timers and photocells for evening operation.
GFCI in master bath did not work. After diagnosis found bad connection in junction box in attic. Fixed bad connection and replaced GFCI now outlets work.
