Everyone I spoke with, from the scheduler to the owner, Chris, to John who did the technical repair, was professional and thorough. John looked at the problem I described as well as every piece of equipment that may have been related to that reported problem. In the end, not only was my issue solved but I knew I had received a thorough, professional check of all of the electrical components related to the operation of the equipment reported.
