Electrician replaced a burnt panel and installed a new panel with a whole house surge protector and labeled panel, added a grounding system to disconnect meter with 2 ground rods and installed 2 dedicated 20 amp circuits

Tech John diagnosed issue with sparks coming from under sink. The issue was determined to be water leaking from the dishwasher water line and causing an electrical short. The main shutoff valve was turned off and the homeowner was advised to seek a plumber for repairs. Power was restored to the dishwasher for further diagnosis/evaluation, and only 40-50 volts was recorded between hot and neutral. It is recommended a new dedicated GFCI protected circuit be installed for the dishwasher to be safe and operational.
