Homeowner had new water heater installed and wanted to get the electrical inspected. Tech John installed new dedicated 20-amp circuit to new water heater, removed unused wiring for previous water heater, capped off unused thermostat wiring, and attempted to replace light bulb in ceiling fan. Ceiling fan light kit was enclosed with glass which was stuck/glued to fan. Homeowner didn't want to risk breaking the glass and opted to have ceiling fan replaced at a later time.
