Memorial Day, our home filled with guests. Unknown to us our electric meter sent an “overheating” warning to their emergency center who dispatched their storm crew to disconnect our service to prevent a house fire in the meter box. Some meter contacts had deteriorated from age and the power crew said if we could get an electrician to repair the meter box they could restore service same day (on a Sunday). Having had excellent service from Mr Value 3 years ago for some kitchen wiring I called them first. Their dispatch quickly located an available electrician, and using my photos via text msg brought the correct box and parts to complete the repair/replace in short time. We were amazed and are extremely grateful to have been restored within a few hours! Fantastic outcome for a 50 year old house on a hot and busy holiday weekend.
Cole showed up quickly on short notice, explained the issue, repaired it quickly. He also explained me how the problem occurred and what to look for in the future. I will be calling them again to inspect our entire house, and will use them for another home we own in their service area.
Cole and the entire Mr Value Electricians are fantastic. They’re trustworthy, approachable, and do great work. I’ve used them for several projects now, ranging in size and complexity, and they’re my first choice for all of my electric needs.

We couldn’t have been more pleased by the knowledge displayed and the courtesy provided by David. He quickly assessed the problem and in no time had everything completed as we wanted. And sincere thanks to Chris for getting us scheduled so quickly when he realized we were in a bind for our immediate needs. Very pleased with Mr. Value!
