Homeowner had issue with AFCI/GFCI breakers tripping randomly. Tech John diagnosed the issue and could not replicate a trip event or discover a cause for the breaker to trip. It is presumed power surges caused the breakers to trip randomly, so a surge protector was recommended and installed, in addition to a new 2-rod grounding system for the surge protector to work properly and to meet modern code requirements.
