We were kind of joking to see how long it takes to switch out the light switches. He wanted to beat his previous record! Chris was great. He called me to tell me he was on his way, and gave me an approximate arrival time. He immediately tried to protect my carpet by putting on shoe covers, and within a few minutes had the first light switch installed and working. Then he did the remaining two switches. The whole call took 23 minutes. He absolutely understands that customers are trying to get many things done in a day, so he was fast so that I could get on with my next chore! I absolutely will call Mr. Value again when I need an electrician! Thank you Chris for valuing your customers!
