Hopeless and dissapointing and we will follow this up with the department of fair trading as your staff was late and did not finish the job and left two non working flourescent light that was to be replace. When we made our complaints you mentioned it as not in the quote and wanted to charge for it on return to fix it. There was no quotes provided and the manner of Sam in charge was very unprofessional and rude. I cant rate any stars!!!!

Was quoted approximately 1700 for replacement of power board and a power cable disconnection and got another $600 surprise invoice. A bit disappointed that all costs were not explained, will not be using this service again.

Hmm, really good service by the electricians - they were polite, clean and efficient - except that I requested and paid for a WHITE unit to be installed only to find once complete that stainless steel had been installed - very disappointing. Called central office and have not had response as yet.... The plasterer has yet to be in touch to complete the full job...
