I was extremely pleased with the professionalism of Michael Kyle and services the services he completed at my home today. I was way over my head and Michael gave me options, made valid suggestions and observations. I never once got the feeling that he was trying to “run up my bill” Everything he brought to my attention was for my benefit and safety. I made decisions based upon that.
