I was called out to the Carr residence for a heating issue with their system. Upon my arrival Michelle let me know that the system in the attic which services the whole house was making a lot of thumping noises. During my thorough evaluation I discovered that the system was flashing a 13 error code that meant the high temperature limit was open for more than 3 minutes and when i reset the system it tried to run the blower but it was stopping sporadically and not working as it should.
