We want to commend 'TE Certified Electricians, Heating & Cooling' for their exceptional service, particularly Kevin M. and his team. From the first encounter we had with Kevin we knew that we where dealing with a professional that instantly become a friend and family member. He did not try to sell us a unit, though he presented them, highlighted their efficiencies and suggested the best unit for our needs at the best price (and we shopped around and the prices where 'very' competitive). TE Certified Electricians, Heating & Cooling received our business because of Kevin. He was knowledgeable, about all their products and their installation process but also willing and capable to find the answers to our questions past his job description. He was in tune with our expectations and concerns. He's attentive to details, courteous, witty, funny just a real delight. The pride he displayed for his past installations (with before and after pictures that he presented like a proud 'Pappa') that he had completed created trust that was cemented by the confidence that he demonstrated about completing our installation impeccably (by taking before pictures to compare with the pictures taken after the job was completed). I was already sold on Kevin and then he looks us in the eye and says: " If you or your husband has any questions, problems, concerns from here and after, I'm the man you see, this is my direct number." WOW!!! SOLD. The completed job is spectacular!!!! We seldom give out (5) five stars. Not only does Kevin get (5) FIVE STARS from us but he also gets our HEART.
