Jeff was great! Super kind and considerate given the current circumstances. He made us feel comfortable and safe at all times. He did a thorough review of our issues and provided his honest recommendations based on what he saw. This was our second plumber for an estimate on this kind of job and the previous person seemed disinterested in resolving our issues and wanted to add on several services we did not need. Jeff talked us through everything and answered all of our questions, never once making us feel like we were wasting his time. The estimates he gave were honest and fair, no upsells. We enjoyed the experience so much that we decided to move forward with having Jeff do the work! Great guy and great service!
