Arrived on the job site and the customer stated that the outdoor circuit wasn’t working properly. During the diagnostic, I discovered a tripped GFCI that would not reset. I then inspected both outdoor outlets—the one in the front and the one in the back—and found significant corrosion and failed devices. I replaced both outlets, installed new bubble covers with silicone, and replaced the faulty GFCI. Everything is now working properly. The customer understands that the two outdoor outlets and the GFCI come with a five-year warranty. The customer is 100% happy and satisfied with today’s visit.
Arrived on the job site. The customer stated that the upstairs bedroom circuit had not been working for about a week. Performed a major diagnostic since the circuit is on an AFCI breaker. Started at the panel and verified that the breaker was feeding power. Found that one outlet on the circuit had power while the remaining outlets did not. Opened the outlet and discovered it was faulty and needed replacement. Replaced the outlet, and all devices on the circuit are now working properly. Informed the customer that the outlet and its connections carry a five-year warranty, but the rest of the circuit is not covered. Customer is 100% happy and satisfied with today’s visit.
Arrived to look at issue with inspector stating there is not gfci protection for dishwasher/ disposal after panel was tuned up. The circuit was originally on a tandem breaker in the 23 spot and was moved to the right side of panel and installed on a square d gfci breaker. Updated the levels to reflect the change and used gfci testing device to confirm circuit is gfci protected.

Arrived on site, and the customer stated that there were several items listed in the inspection report that needed to be corrected. The first item was adding GFCI protection for the disposal, dishwasher, washer, and dryer. The second item was properly sizing the breakers for the A/C units, as the existing breakers are oversized. The third item involved separating the double-lugged neutrals, which will require installing a ground bar to ensure all neutrals are properly isolated. The inspection report also mentioned a missing grommet at the panel entry; however, all metal entries into the panel have the correct bushings installed to protect the conductors, and the panel entry is safe. We will be returning on Thursday, October 16th, to complete all work. The customer has a five-year warranty on all materials and labor, which is transferable to any future home buyers. Replaced both AC breakers with appropriate sizes, and installed gfci protected breakers on disposal, dishwasher, and dryer

This is possibly what is causing the unit to not drain. Suggested calling an electrician or service that originally installed unit to come and service. No further work at this time.
