Arrived on site and spoke with the customer, who mentioned that he had recently replaced the breaker and GFCI outlet for the garage circuit. He noticed that when using his table saw, the breaker did not trip, so he assumed the GFCI had failed and replaced it. Upon inspection, I found that the line and load wires on the GFCI were reversed. I corrected the wiring, and the GFCI began functioning properly. After testing, all outlets in the garage were restored and are now operating as intended. The customer has a five-year warranty on the GFCI connections. Customer confirmed that everything is working properly and is 100% satisfied with today’s service.
