Cleaned up tools and trash. On downstairs hall bath, I did not see a leak in the wall however, the wetness kept going further up. I explained to the homeowner further diagnostic will be required. Also explained the wall needs more demo and dry out so we’re getting restoration out to let homeowner what needs to be done for water damage and rebuild. Did explain that if they see the leak when removing the sheetrock they will let me know and
Customer wanted a price on installing four tan trims in the dining room with no attic access and installing a switch like for the four lights. Wanted to have a plug installed on a fireplace above metal in the same room. He wanted to install six lights in the master bedroom And two of the lights were on a vaulted ceiling. He wanted to install two switch legs to control three of the lights and the other switch light to control the other side of the lights. He wanted to run ethernet cable to every bedroom, dining room, living room no area All back to one location in the upstairs. Explain to customer that there is limited access and we will have to damage a lot of sheet rock and we are not responsible for it. There is a 10 foot drop off from the upstairs attic to the downstairs attic and there is no way to get down to the bottom first or attic without a ladder. Explain to customer he will have to frame something up or hire someone to build a ladder or give us access.
Troubleshooting and replacing gfci, found that there was a bad wire going underground and PVC coming from two gang box 2, single gang box across the pool, controlling pool lights. Barely tucked on one of the wires and saw that it was coming out of the conduit with no problem and very smoothly so pull the rest of the wire out. 2. Install 2 whole home surge protection 3. Install 2 tandem breakers Installed two whole home surge protectors on both outdoor panels and installed tandem breakers to create space in main panel. Sealed outdoor boxes around pool with silicon to give extra weatherproof protection.
Arrived on site, and the customer reported that one of her smoke detectors was blinking red, indicating it had previously detected smoke. Performed a factory reset on the unit to clear the alert and restore normal operation. After resetting, all smoke detectors throughout the home displayed a solid green light, confirming proper function. The customer was informed that her system has three years of warranty remaining and expressed complete satisfaction with today’s service.
Troubleshoot circuit performed troubleshoot on circuit to find uplights on outside of home corroded removed off of circuit and breaker held fine. Customer approved we disconnected all uplights to get the circuit up and running and will call back if ever wanting to replace.
