Customers were having issues with two dimmers that were acting up and causing issues. Performed a safety inspection and went over different solutions of getting different items taken care of. Also had a two gang box controlling an exhaust fan and a single gang box beside it, controlling a light in the bathroom that they wanted to convert to a three gang box. I’m calling customer back Wednesday.
Replaced frost proof wall hydrant in backyard. Removed small amount of mortar in the process. Patched mortar after testing new parts. 5 year warranty on parts and labor.
Home owner met inspector onsite and passed the final inspection. Emailed copy of inspection results.
