11-19-25 Removed plywood and Sheetrock as needed under kitchen sink. Performed inspection of in wall plumbing. Found copper drain arm in wall to be leaking. Gave estimates to Repalce approximately 5 feet of drain line in wall. Work to be done Friday 11-21-25: Remove dishwasher and cut walls as needed inside cabinets and behind dishwasher to gain access to leaking drain line in the wall. Remove copper drain arm and replace it with PVC piping. Connect to cast iron vertical in the wall and test to verify connections are water and air tight. Not responsible for wall or cabinet repairs. 5 year warranty on parts and labor. RePlaced approximately 5 feet of inch and a half copper piping with new PVC piping for kitchen drain arm. Installed new tubular under kitchen sink. Five year warranty on parts and labor. Pay with GoodLeap financing. Job completed.
Customer had a tree fall on the powerline and encore came out and completely disconnected the line and took the wire. Customer is getting different quotes and wanted a quote for us to replace the electrical panel and overhead meter. Explain to customer that we can’t see the inside panel due to not having keys to the house And we’re not able to give him a solid price due to so many different variables. Will call customer back and see if he can make it out Friday afternoon for us to be able to look inside the house.
Warranty tub drain came apart. Re connected with new pieces and checked for leaks and proper function. Job complete.

Run 220 volt 50 amp dedicated circuit from main panel using surface mounted conduit to attic, snake across attic to garage and install 220 volt 50 amp outlet on back wall of left side of garage, install customer supplied 220 volt GFCI breaker
Install dedicated circuit for EV charger
Install whole house surge protector, install new GFCI outlets and AFCI/GFCI breakers
Replace smoke detectors, replace outlets
