Pulled and reset toilet in master bathroom. Replaced wax seal, closet bolts and water supply line. Attempted to restore flow to drain. Supervisor came out and performed camera inspection. Found significant issue with drain pipe under home that caused blockage and wrote out an estimate accordingly. Also performed shower pan test and found that shower pan liner has been compromised. Customer paid $500 in cash and paid remaining balance with VISA.
