Fantastic service at a fair price

Mike did a fantastic job installing a new overhead light fixture in my home office. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and delivered the service quickly and at a very fair price. He was a real pleasure to work with and I will call them again!

Arrived on the job site. Customer stated that the circuit controlling the living room was not working properly, intermittently losing power, and his plug tester was showing a “hot-to-ground reverse” reading. Prior to my arrival, the customer had checked several outlets himself, except for two on the same circuit. I inspected the two outlets he had not checked and found that one of them had a bad connection. I replaced the outlet, which powers the ADT security system, and informed the customer that it carries a five-year warranty. I also notified the customer that I would be performing a full safety evaluation. Upon opening the panel, I found that the bar connecting the main breaker to the bus bar was severely damaged, showing heat damage and discoloration. I explained to the customer that this is not safe and that, given the age of the home (built in the 2000s), the electrical panel is within the typical 20–25 year replacement range. The panel also had multiple tandem breakers install

Started backfill on trench and provided quotes to replace for exhaust fan in the hallway restroom. Price is based on customer supplied fan. Recommend going with a higher sone rating and that is how quiet the unit will be while operating.

- Attempt to restore flow on main sewer line in yard due to complete back up currently. No warranty on cable Was able to successfully restore flow , however I did explain to customer as he was watching me that my cable was binding up very hard. Explained there are definitely bigger issues in the drainage. He needs a camera inspection preformed asap , he doesn’t want to preform one currently did explain this drain will back again if any solids are flushed. Customer had a smoke detector in the hallway that was going off and chirping every 30 seconds which means end of life. Gave customer different options and different solutions of getting just the one smoke detector and all the smoke detectors updated.
