Customer is selling home and one of the under cabinet lighting wasn’t working properly. Ended up bypassing the ballast and converting it to a led tube light. Customer is aware they have a 5yr warranty on the tube light and it is transferable to new homebuyers since he’s in the process of selling the home. He is 100% happy and satisfied with today’s visit
Customer had a plug-in car charger on a 60 amp breaker standard controlling Nema 1450 plug. Explain to customer I will have to perform a troubleshoot to figure out exactly what’s going on, but he was having issues with his charger cutting in and out even after replacing the charger. Customer says prices are too high and that he will have to think about it and get other quotes. Price is good for 30 days and explained the dangers of the car charger being on a 60 amp breaker when it’s a plug-in 50 amp charger.
Arrived for a non-technician warranty for the pool vacuum tripping the gfci and breaker. The back porch gfci is operating properly under load from the satellite but when the pool cleaner gets plugged in it immediately trips. Had homeowner plug the device into a different gfci circuit to verify that the device is operational and does not have a fault and when plugged in the the other circuit it tripped immediately letting us know that the pool cleaner has a fault and needs to be repaired or replaced. Also while there provided a quote to install a outlet on the back porch wall for a tv utilizing power from the master bedroom outlet on the interior side of the wall.
Customer stated that she had to leave to an appointment and have to reset the call and come back Monday of next week
Replace 3 4” flickering can lights to 6” with baffles in kitchen Replace 5 light almond switches in master bathroom 5 year parts and labor warranty Replaced five broken switches in master bathroom in both toilet rooms and switch for sink. Removed three led trims and replaced with 6” led trims with new cans above kitchen island
Installed new breakers and let system run for near an hour to confirm components are operating properly. Found that the box generates a lot of heat even with the dissipation plates. Recommend since there is no airflow in the attic to have a cabinet fan system installed that is temperature driven so when the interior box temp rises the system engages and directly blows air across the components.
Arrived to warranty the patio heaters as two trip after 2-4 hours of operation. Called infra tech technical support line at 8004219455 to troubleshoot the issue and they determined the issue to be the breaker overheating from where the SSDR box is located in the attic. They are shipping two new breakers as well as two additional heat dissipation units to install in the box. As well on return with heating elements turned off can check resistance on the heat elements for 19 ohms. In the garage the hardwired GM charger is on a 50 amp breaker and needs to be installed on a two pole 60 as they do not have variable amp selection. Will install a square d QO60.
Customer needed a quote on adding a circuit for a double oven/microwave. Customer lives in a two-story house and we would have to cut a lot of sheet rock and run conduit outside. Also had a Tesla charger with 10 gauge wire on 50 amp breaker and explained it is a hazard. Will call back

Arrived on site, and the customer stated that she wanted to replace all of her smoke detectors. While on site, noticed that both decision makers were not present. Scheduled a return visit for next Thursday to review the project with both decision makers. The customer was very happy and satisfied with today’s visit.
Arrived on the job site. The customer stated that multiple restroom outlets and two outdoor outlets were not working, and that the ceiling fan was also inoperative. Inspected the 2-gang switch box for the ceiling fan and confirmed that power was present on the switch leg, indicating a faulty ceiling fan. Checked all restroom outlets and discovered a hidden GFCI located in the garage closet, which had tripped. Reset the GFCI, and all affected outlets are now functioning properly. While inspecting the outlets and panel, noticed signs of heat damage inside the panel. Performed a full safety evaluation and identified additional code violations throughout the home. We will return on Friday the 24th with a supervisor to review the findings and safety concerns with the homeowner. The customer understands the five-year warranty and is 100% happy and satisfied with today’s visit. Replace all expired smoke detectors (4) and smoke/CO detectors (3), install whole home surge protector - 108k amp
