Arrived on the job site. The customer requested that I replace the Christmas Eve outlet breaker, which was originally a dual-function breaker. When I was here two days ago, the customer had purchased the wrong breaker, so today he provided the correct Square D QO GFCI breaker and installed it. After replacement, I restored power and verified that everything was functioning properly except for the far-left flower-bed lights. Those lights appear to have an issue either with the bulbs or with wiring between fixtures, as plugging them in causes the breaker to trip. The customer is 100% satisfied with today’s visit.
Arrived on job site customer stated that one of his breaker was faulty upon inspection noticed that it was a bad dual function square D QO breaker ended up, giving a customer supply solution on replacing the breaker since the customer had the breaker on hand, the customer understands that he has a five-year warranty on the connections on the breaker but not the breaker itself. Customer is 100% happy and satisfied with today’s visit.
Arrived on job site customer stated that he had a customer supplied timer switch that he installed, but it wasn’t working. Customer did had another timer switch on hand ended up charging a customer supply device to install a new timer. Everything is working perfectly fine. Customer is 100% happy and satisfied with today’s visit and understands that there’s only a five year warranty on the connection of the timer.
Arrived on site, and the customer requested the installation of a car charger. Provided a quote for the work, and the customer approved it. Installed a Tesla car charger with a 60A QO²D breaker and ran 6-3 wire to the hardwired charger, located to the right of the panel. Completed the installation and ensured everything was functioning properly. Informed the customer that the breaker and connections are covered by a 5-year warranty, excluding the car charger itself. Customer was 100% satisfied with today’s visit.
