Arrived to look at issue with garage circuit not staying on. When we reset the breaker we heard the light on the garage door opener arc and when we removed the bulb found that it has direct shorted out inside the socket. Confirmed porper power is getting to the garage door opener and circuit is now holding. Garage door opener is not operational so homeowner will need to have a garage door company come and see what needs to be done to the unit.

Replaced all the plugs and one switch in that room and everything worked with no issues and also replace the tandem breaker controlling the circuit. We will only warranty the circuit as long as he does not use the window unit anymore. And if the window unit is being used, we cannot warranty it due to it using too much power. Explain how to run a dedicated circuit to window unit and it won’t be possible with the electrical panel. He has due to it being completely full. Rey was out to repair an old GFCI outlet and noticed significant signs of wear and heat damage to the main electric panel. Returned to provide options for replacement
Arrived on the jobsite and the customer stated that his blue dual-function breaker was randomly tripping. Performed a troubleshooting inspection since we previously replaced the panel and installed the breakers. I observed that the breaker was blinking six times, indicating a faulty breaker that needed replacement. Replaced the dual-function breaker controlling the dishwasher and disposal with a new TL Symbol Blue Dual-Function Breaker. The customer is 100% satisfied, and the circuit is now working properly.

Arrived to install a video floodlight combo and remount the box the homeowner had accidentally taken down. Got the camera mounted and didn’t have complete power. Had a warranty were prior work that was performed in a junction in the attic the neutral wire had not been connected as it had come loose from the others. After the wire was repaired the camera was operational.
