Arrived on the job site and the customer explained that he had a 2-gang and a 1-gang box in the room next to the garage, but he did not feel comfortable installing the boxes and switches himself. All wiring had already been completed prior to my arrival. I installed the cut-in boxes, secured them properly, and mounted the switches. I informed the customer that there is no warranty on the existing wiring connections since I did not perform the original wiring. I also completed a troubleshoot in the office area for a 3-way switch. I found that the switch leg had been tied into the hot. I re-spliced the conductors correctly and placed the switch leg on the common terminal so the 3-way circuit could operate properly. Everything is now working as it should, and the customer is 100% satisfied. Tyler will return today to replace all six 20-amp single-pole CH breakers in the sub-panel, install a main surge protector on the main panel, and add two tandem breakers to create space for the surge

Install return for today after 12 to replace all smoke, alarms and carbon monoxide detectors due to one of them constantly going off even after customer replaced battery. Explain to customer they are nine years old and that they will keep acting up and that they will need to be replaced. We are going to install 10 year lithium battery, hardwired, smokes, and carbon. He will get a five-year warranty on items.
