Customer wanted to add two plugs one in the front and one in the back of house. Customer had to get on a phone call so offered safety check and did it while customer was on the phone. Whenever safety check-in gave options for add plugs. Found concerns and whenever with customer.
Replaced all internal parts inside toilet in hall bathroom, including fill valve, flapper, tank to bowl gaskets and bolts and flush valve. Also replaced emergency shutoff and supply line. 5 year warranty on parts and labor.
Install new 50 gallon water heater with new flex lines, ball valve, exhaust flue, gas flex line and drain pan. Also trap a high loop into the dishwasher discharge line. Installed 50 gallon, gas water heater and customers garage with a new hot and cold for Port bar valves, new gas, flex, line and gas shut off valve new pan, pan, drain and TNP line. Five year warranty on parts and labor paid with card. Job complete. * customer stated that the gas was shut off to the home due to complications from the previous owner of the home so currently the gas is off to the home.*
Fan had a clocking from loos parts and the fan not being centered. To correct the issue I rotated the outer drum cover so that it was no longer loose and adjusted the inner fan housing to be more centered and level. After adjusting tested with homeowner present in the room as we went through all speeds of the fan as well as stop/starting and pulling on the changes to make sure the noise would not return after those functions were performed.

- Attempt to restore flow to master bath sink due to slow drainage. ** piping is very old and we will not be liable for any issues ** - Replace old p trap due to age and condition w new p trap ( free $298 value ) ** 5yr warranty on p trap ** no warranty on drain cable ** Successfully restore flow to main bath lavatory sink drain. Also replace old p trap w new tublar trap and tested work for 15-20 min with hot water. Did explain to customer that camera inspection is needed to check for deeper issues due to hitting very hard spot in wall. And it will also be able to look at the system as a whole. Will come back with superior after 2pm - Preform camera inspection on home to check for any defects or issues in drainage system under home and in yard. - if any issues are noted solutions will be given for repair - Was able to locate and give solutions for issues under home.
- drain clear on kitchen sink due to no drainage currently ** no warranty on drain clears ** Customer called us out for clogged kitchen sink , clog was under the sink in the P-trap. There was carrots and eggshells stuck in the trap. I cleaned it out, went outside to the kitchen, clean out and ran my camera to check the line. There was not a cog, however I did find two spots with roots, explained the issue and the solution to the customer. Made one estimate for repairs and explained why it is needed. I will be emailing it to the customer so she can look over it. Quotes are good for 30 days
