Inspector went onsite and inspected the whole home shutoff. Passed the final inspection.
- attempt to restore flow due to complete blockage on sewer yard line. - preform camera inspection on main sewer line. Mark and locate any issues found. ** solutions will be given for issues if on customers side ** Found break and root intrusion in customers yard, also found multiple root intrusions on clay under street ( city said they will replace the piping under street however customer is responsible for anything before the curb )
Customer called about a power loss to the back left bedroom and bathroom circuit. Found tripped breaker (bottom right). Breaker was difficult to reset due to age. Reset breaker and restored power to the circuit. Informed customer that the small space heater that was being used was drawing 12.5 amps on a 15 amp circuit. Customer also stated that they had an electric fireplace on the same circuit but has since sold it. Customer had an extension cord plugged in to the living room outlet. Outlet was hot to the touch. Recommended replacing the original panel as well as replacing devices
- Attempt to pop clog on main sewer line due to whole home backup from cleanouts. No warranty on drain cable ** successfully restored flow to main drain also pulled back roots indicating a bigger issue. Did explain to customer that a camera inspection needs to be preformed to find and fix current issues on system ** He doesn’t want to get a camera inspection done at this time did let him know the drain will back up again because there are bigger issues. Quotes are good for 30 days

Customer wanted to add two plugs one in the front and one in the back of house. Customer had to get on a phone call so offered safety check and did it while customer was on the phone. Whenever safety check-in gave options for add plugs. Found concerns and whenever with customer.
Replaced all internal parts inside toilet in hall bathroom, including fill valve, flapper, tank to bowl gaskets and bolts and flush valve. Also replaced emergency shutoff and supply line. 5 year warranty on parts and labor.
Install new 50 gallon water heater with new flex lines, ball valve, exhaust flue, gas flex line and drain pan. Also trap a high loop into the dishwasher discharge line. Installed 50 gallon, gas water heater and customers garage with a new hot and cold for Port bar valves, new gas, flex, line and gas shut off valve new pan, pan, drain and TNP line. Five year warranty on parts and labor paid with card. Job complete. * customer stated that the gas was shut off to the home due to complications from the previous owner of the home so currently the gas is off to the home.*
Fan had a clocking from loos parts and the fan not being centered. To correct the issue I rotated the outer drum cover so that it was no longer loose and adjusted the inner fan housing to be more centered and level. After adjusting tested with homeowner present in the room as we went through all speeds of the fan as well as stop/starting and pulling on the changes to make sure the noise would not return after those functions were performed.

Arrived at 7am and the homeowner was not available so I was unable to put the system on test. Had city move the inspection time to the secondary window of 12-3.
Cut hole in main bedroom wall on the interior of the hose faucet due to very moist wall indicating a leak. ** not liable for Sheetrock damage or repair ** ** once issue is visible pricing will be given for repairs needed ** - Cut out piping for front hose bib in wall, and half way down riser coming from slab , remove old faucet. - install new copper and new male adapter outside of home. - install new silcock hose faucet ( threaded ) , includes vacuum breaker per code. - test work and insulate piping ** 5yr warranty on work **
