Heather has been my trainer and I couldn’t recommend her more highly. I have used a number of trainers on and off over the years. Heather has been timely flexible and very committed to working around any injuries and fitness priorities with custom routines. We had fun but she was always committed to making sure I got a good workout. I am moving out of state so I will miss them; but I’m very grateful for their help getting me on track to feeling great with a strong fitness regimen.

I have been with these guys since 2006 and don't have one complaint. They make working out something to look forward to. They develop routines based on your personal goals, abilities and strengths. As you improve, they continue to challenge you. I hope to be there for many more years and I'm 66@
The whole Body Within team is serious about helping promote change and health if that is what you want. I really think it says a lot about the company and their culture that the trainers have been working together for years. I especially liked the leadership's (Jenny and Chris) approach to my health. It was holistic in that we talked diet, workouts, lifestyle, stress reduction and more. And, I knew they truly cared about what my goals were. I have been on a journey dealing with some significant health issues and can honestly say the BW team has been a critical part of staying active so I can enjoy traveling, working and physical activity. Do it for yourself. Do it as a couple. God blessed us with a miraculous body. Take care of it. You get just one.
