From initial consult to actual training, everything has been custom tailored to my husband’s and my specific goals and needs. Instead of talking about our weaknesses or dwelling on our frustrations, Chris and team have helped us see our potential and envision our best selves. It’s incredibly motivating. They also keep the exercises fresh and interesting, and check in regularly as much appreciated accountability partners. A great investment all around!
My experience with Heather was amazing! She was very personable, but also got down to business to get a great work out in. She made me feel very comfortable and never seemed annoyed by the chaos of my kids and dogs. (They all loved the days she’d come, too!)
Jenny and her team are the best. My weekly workout is clearly specific to me and my goals. For me, I don’t want to have to think when I workout and I want accountability to make sure I do at least some strength training every week. Body Within guarantees that for me and is so worth the cost! Also, Jenny, Chris, and the other trainers are good people with a sense of humor which really helps.
I've had a fantastic experience working with Body Within, and in particular Michelle. She meets you wherever your fitness level is and is so supportive and encouraging... constant positive feedback. She is particularly helpful in adjusting workouts on the fly if something (my back) isn't cooperating. I highly recommend this team.

I'm so glad I decided to work with them. They gave me the motivation and tools to get going on my exercise plan. I worked with Heather who is wonderful! She came up with a good total body workout every time we met. What I really liked is that she took into consideration the fact that I have a knee I have to be careful of. And she was great about showing me specific exercises for a particular problem area, like my arms, when I requested it. She always asked if the workout was enough, good, or too much. I can definitely recommend them.
Yep - I LOVE my trainer. We laugh, she hurts me and we laugh more. Just kidding! Heather hits all of the muscles, big and small, that I request and then some. Heather is very knowledgeable, professional and has new exercises to share each week. I look forward to our workouts.
