The best trainer ever

Jenny and her team are the best. My weekly workout is clearly specific to me and my goals. For me, I don’t want to have to think when I workout and I want accountability to make sure I do at least some strength training every week. Body Within guarantees that for me and is so worth the cost! Also, Jenny, Chris, and the other trainers are good people with a sense of humor which really helps.

Fantastic Experience

I've had a fantastic experience working with Body Within, and in particular Michelle. She meets you wherever your fitness level is and is so supportive and encouraging... constant positive feedback. She is particularly helpful in adjusting workouts on the fly if something (my back) isn't cooperating. I highly recommend this team.

Knowledgable, Great to work with!

I went from everything hurting and expecting I might soon need surgery to feeling strong and healthy! These guys taught me HOW to get into shape through education and enthusiasm. Easy to work with. Flexible. Fun. Hands down the best thing I’ve done for myself in a long time. Highly recommend!

So glad I did!

I'm so glad I decided to work with them. They gave me the motivation and tools to get going on my exercise plan. I worked with Heather who is wonderful! She came up with a good total body workout every time we met. What I really liked is that she took into consideration the fact that I have a knee I have to be careful of. And she was great about showing me specific exercises for a particular problem area, like my arms, when I requested it. She always asked if the workout was enough, good, or too much. I can definitely recommend them.

I LOVE My Trainer

Yep - I LOVE my trainer. We laugh, she hurts me and we laugh more. Just kidding! Heather hits all of the muscles, big and small, that I request and then some. Heather is very knowledgeable, professional and has new exercises to share each week. I look forward to our workouts.

Professional Training with a personal touch

I have trained with 3 different trainers. All very professional and understanding of my physical limitations. My work outs are custom fit to me. I have always had easy access to my trainers when I have follow up questions. I would recommend Body Within to any one serious about improving their own fitness.

Heather has been my trainer and I couldn’t recommend her more highly. I have used a number of trainers on and off over the years. Heather has been timely flexible and very committed to working around any injuries and fitness priorities with custom routines. We had fun but she was always committed to making sure I got a good workout. I am moving out of state so I will miss them; but I’m very grateful for their help getting me on track to feeling great with a strong fitness regimen.
