My experience with Cast Iron Elegance was great from start to finish. John came for an estimate and was very friendly, knowledgeable, patient and helpful. Meagan and Stephanie in the office were also extremely patient and helpful in assisting to select the right railing color and dealing with estimate changes due to ARB requirements. And, finally, the installation was smooth and professional. I would not hesitate to use them again. The wait was extended but those are the times in which we're living.

The two most important things—the quality is high and the price competitive. Jon gave us an estimate, explained everything and was very competent as well as pleasant. The installers were neat with the work (they take all the debris away with them), efficient and also pleasant. The iron railings have totally improved the look of my front porch.

Everything about this company is exceptional! Cast Iron Elegance staff, especially, Megan and Mason, went above and beyond in their customer service to ensure we were happy! We opted for a custom design for our interior railings and they met our expectations 100% - at a very good price too! We plan to use Cast Iron again very soon to install our outside porch railings! Had a black iron railing installed on a staircase for $1,423. I thought this was a lot of money. Overall happy with the railing. They did tear up my wall and did not offer to fix it. I will have to patch Big chunks of sheet rock places where it popped off on the corner and sand and paint it. They also left the stair well very dirty With grinding metal shavings which I realized later on after a day or two. I guess this is just par for the course now because this has been my experience with all of the contractors I have hired lately. I am pretty much immune to this sort of thing.
