Had a black iron railing installed on a staircase for $1,423. I thought this was a lot of money. Overall happy with the railing. They did tear up my wall and did not offer to fix it. I will have to patch Big chunks of sheet rock places where it popped off on the corner and sand and paint it. They also left the stair well very dirty With grinding metal shavings which I realized later on after a day or two. I guess this is just par for the course now because this has been my experience with all of the contractors I have hired lately. I am pretty much immune to this sort of thing.
