I was pleased with the quality of the final product. However, the customer communication was very poor throughout the project. The company did not pro-actively reach out to me for updates when a delay was incurred, but rather I had to reach out to them constantly. Finally, a mistake was made twice, where the company failed to realize they needed a part, which delayed the project by 2.5 weeks.
