The Buzz fence team were an awesome team. I could not have asked for a better constructed fence. The workmanship was excellent. The guys were nice, reliable, and cleaned up their worksite very well. Sarah, my sales person, was very personable, knew her products, and planned the job expertly. I can’t say enough good about the company. If you need a fence installed you would not be sorry to hire this company to do the job.

The side yard privacy fence project from start to completion was exceptional. Beginning with Mike the salesman whose knowledge, input and professionalism were on the mark, to the very efficient and courteous Shyanna in customer service, who quickly responded to followup questions with direct satisfying answers, to talented fence installer Victor, who with his efficiency and excellent craftsmanship was able to finish the job in impressive timing to my delight! The four stars is because it would have been helpful if someone from sales would have showed up at the time of installation to be sure the installer was clear on the details of the install. Fortunately I work from home so could answer how the pickets were going to face. I was told it would be in the work order but obviously the installer needed that clarification. The last reason for the four stars was the language barrier between myself and the installer. Several issues came up that needed solving and it was hard to communicate. All this being said the final product is gorgeous and Felipe did a masterful job.

Mike: The new fence construction went as planned. Looks good. Only reason I gave just an average overall review was due to one issue. You'll recall the fence borders a natural creek. After the installer finished the job I had to stop him while he was rinsing his cement wheelbarrow in the creek itself. Need to remind him to be more conscious of the environment when cleaning up. I was pleased with the quality of the final product. However, the customer communication was very poor throughout the project. The company did not pro-actively reach out to me for updates when a delay was incurred, but rather I had to reach out to them constantly. Finally, a mistake was made twice, where the company failed to realize they needed a part, which delayed the project by 2.5 weeks.

Buzz was very customer-focused, showing a willingness to work around problematic grade issues in replacing my wood privacy fence. In fact, of the 5 fence companies I solicited for bids, Buzz was the only one which was ultimately ready to actually build it. The two man crew arrived on Monday and finished on Tuesday. They were friendly and professional, but more importantly, worked like craftsmen, instead of contractors. Their attention to detail resulted in a really good-looking fence, and compliments from neighbors.
