Mike: The new fence construction went as planned. Looks good. Only reason I gave just an average overall review was due to one issue. You'll recall the fence borders a natural creek. After the installer finished the job I had to stop him while he was rinsing his cement wheelbarrow in the creek itself. Need to remind him to be more conscious of the environment when cleaning up.
