In the end, we got a great product and love our fence! However, Jason kept losing our contacts and couldn’t remember what we’d talked about the last time we talked. He was a very kind person but seemed stressed. Maybe he needs a different way to keep him organized? Sometimes computers don’t work for me—I need paper. And some people are the opposite. He just seems like he needs a different organizing system or to deal with less clients at one time.

We had our fence extended and it was completed within a day. A few more minor things had to be done in order to make it work, however they stuck with the contract and did not charge any additional fees. Fence looks great--probably better than we even expected!
