The experience overall was very good. Ana was great. I had to ask about scheduling a couple after cutting the downpayment check. That process could have been a little better. Also, thought the pricing was a little high although not outrageous.

This survey is related to the installation and staining service experience. First, the physical installation and staining services were carried out just fine, and we have been pleased with the outcome. However, the scheduling process was ROUGH!!; inconsistent, and required multiple interventions on my part after having been clear on our availability. With regard to the timing of the fence staining in particular, the communication was clear, repeated multiple times, and regrettably for the guys doing the staining, was not when the schedulers sent them to our residence to do the work. Bottom line, the experience with Sean Martinez was great; interface with the front of the house following the hand off by Sean was spotty, primarily due to it being highly complicated by those doing the scheduling; the scheduling process was not good and required way too much interface; and the install and outcome was just fine. Had the scheduling been cleanly carried out, would have been five star rated throughout. Trusting y'all have figured out how communications with the front of the house can be honored by the schedulers.

Working with Sean Martinez was wonderful. He was prompt and always responded immediately to my calls and concerns. My husband had questions, and Sean went above and beyond to put him at ease. Sean Martinez was excellent as the manager of my fence project. He made me several different quotes for pricing options to make sure all the details of what I wanted and needed were taken care of. He also took care of the permit work with the city. The team that came out and built my fence did an excellent job as well. They finished it in under estimated time and it looks gorgeous compared to my neighbors now. I need some patio work done in the future and I will be contacting Texas Best Fence & Patio again when that time comes.

Dustin Evans is the project manager for the Texas Best Fence & Patio effort to put in a 7 ft board on board fence, new concrete patio, French drain and electrical conduit & fuse box in my backyard. He and his crew did an exceptional job at a very competitive price and I am very pleased & satisfied. Dustin also responded quickly to local city, county & HOA requirements. Texas Best Fence did a great job on a re-stain of my 8 year old fence. The employees were great to work with and very nice. The work was done in a fast professional manner and I must give a shoutout to Andrea, the Project Manager for me on this job, she was very responsive with emails and information that I needed. She did a great job on giving me the cost estimate in a speedy manner and followed up frequently on the status of the job and when it would begin. She explained in detail the process of pressure washing and how it would be needed before the new stain could be applied. I would recommend Texas Best Fence & Patio for sure! They even let me pick my own brand of stain that I had used before, they were not pushy in making me select "only" one of their bands or colors. Thanks again Texas Best!
