Alma has helped me make my payments on time. Since I have a head injury and am not able to remember dates she has helped to get those payments on time or adjust the dates when my payments from work changed so that my account hasn't gone into the negatives. She's so sweet and up beat that it is really quite a pleasure speaking to her to get my loan paid in full. Other agents could learn a bunch from her and think she should be promoted with her upbeat attitude and skills at communicating and understanding situations at hand.
