Checked in with the client to perform routine maintenance on the fire alarm system and found several devices not communicating with the main panel. Upon further diagnosis, the issue was traced to a faulty SLC loop causing intermittent signal loss. Replaced the damaged wiring section and reset the system to ensure full functionality. Verified that all devices are now reporting correctly and the system is back to normal operation.
